Goshen, New York – Village Police in Goshen have arrested a 30-year-old hamlet of Wallkill man in connection with an incident on July 14 in front of the Chabad of Orange County Center at 203 Main Street.
Terence Davis was charged with harassment as a hate crime, disruption of a religious service, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.
He was released on an appearance ticket returnable to village court.
The investigation was conducted, and the arrest made, by Det. Robert Kozlowski.
Goshen Police were assisted by the Hudson Valley Crime Analysis Center.
Davis is alleged to have driven by the center twice in short order and shouted harassing comments.
