Former PM Writes Letter in Chabad Sefer Torah

Former Israeli Prime Minister and current Knesset opposition leader Bibi Netanyahu wrote a letter in a new Sefer Torah to be inaugurated on 19 Kislev and used in Netanya’s French-speaking Chabad community.
