Brussels Dedicates New Chabad Shul & Mikvah
Brussels, Belgium, held the dedication for two new Mikvahs and a new Shul earlier today. The dedication was done by the Shluchim under the ‘Ichud Ha’Europe’. The guest of honor was the Rebbe’s secretary, Rabbi Yehuda Leib Groner and Rabbi Levi Garelik • Full Article, Photos
The Brussels Anash community had the privilege to host Rabbi Leibel Groner this past Shabbos. The Friday night Shabbos meal was organized by Rabbi Avi Tawil with 50 guests, and Shabbos day by the European synagogue, which is directed by Rabbi Michoel Rosenblum. Over 100 people attended for the davening and Kidush and were inspired by Rabbi Groner’s presence.
Later in the afternoon, the Shluchim enjoyed a lengthy Farbrengen with Rabbi Groner and Rabbi Levi Garelik.
On Sunday, the inauguration and ribbon cutting ceremony of the new Mikvaos and Shul of the Anash community took place.
Present at the ceremony were, Guest Of Honor: Rabbi Leibel Groner– secretary of the Rebbe, Rabbi Gershon M. Garelik– Shaliach to Milan, Rabbi Levi Garelik- Rabbi of the Anash community at the EU, Rabbi Menachem Margolin– Director of the European Jewish Association, Rabbi Shabtai Slavatick– Shaliach to Antwerp, Rabbi YY Pevzner– director of the Sinai schools in France, the Belgium Jewish federation president and all the local Rabbis and officials.
