Thanks to Shliach Rabbi Moti Grumach, the city of Kyoto, Japan experienced a Purim like no other. Under the direction of Rabbi Grumach, the community organized home visitations to drop mishloach manos at every Jewish home. The festive holiday was capped off with a joyous Seudas Purim, which the Grumachs dedicated in honor of the birth of their new daughter • Photos
