New Shluchim are joining the army of Shluchim in Kazakhstan! Rabbi Mordechai and Shoshana Morosow with their three children, landed last night in Almaty, on their way to the city of their Shlichus, in honor of the 75th Yahrtzeit.
This is the seventh Chabad house in Kazakhstan, the place where Reb Levi Yitzchak was exiled. It will open in the city of Shymkent. The local community numbers several thousand Jews who will finally merit to have a Chabad house and a Rabbi of their own.
To date, six vibrant Jewish centers are operating in the cities of Almaty, Nur- Sultan, Ust- Kamenagorsk, Karaganda, Kostanay and Pavlodar. Now, with Hashem’s help the seventh will be set up in the city of Shymkent!
The Morosow family will be staying in Almaty for the next few days, near Reb Levi Yitzchak’s ohel and immediately after Shabbos be continuing to the city of their Shlichus.
Rabbi Morosow and his wife happily embarked on their Shlichus with a feeling of pride to be able to respect the Rebbe and honor his father.
Rabbi Levi Yitzchak laid the foundations seventy-five years ago and the Rebbe’s Shluchim are building upon it!
