I’ve inquired and investigated regarding printing a book of the Rebbe’s letters in English – who owns the rights.
‘Vaad L’Hafotzas Sichos’ is a branch of Kehos dedicated to printing the Rebbe’s Sichos, Maamorim, and letters of the Rebbe Shlita in the Hebrew, Yiddish, and English languages (including translations, etc.) for already many years.
And that institution alone has the rights of publishing in print the Torah of the Rebbe in all languages, and the Vaad ‘Sichos in English’ and ‘Vaad Hanochas Hatemimim’ have no rights to this whatsoever.
