Shoplifter Arrested in Crown Heights

A shoplifter was arrested this morning by Crown Heights Shomrim, after receiving a call regarding a man, after he stole two dresses from Young Timers on Kingston Ave. At Empire Blvd., He was confronted by volunteers from Shomrim and promptly arrested for shoplifting by the NYPD • Photos
