Karnowsky Family Celebrates Siyum Sefer Torah

This afternoon R’ Osher and Rivka Karnowsky and family celebrated the Siyum Sefer Torah in honor of their son, Shmuel Karnowsky A”H. The writing and Siyum took place on Carroll St. and proceeded with a procession to Haichal Shmuel at Oholei Torah. Followed by hakofos and dancing.
