We regret to inform you the death of Rabbi Shmuel Shlomo Yitzchok Goldman, a resident of the Crown Heights neighborhood, a known lawyer and chossid who set times to learn Torah, passed away on Saturday evening.
He was 66 years old.
He was one of the members of the “Beis David – David Gershon” shul in the neighborhood and was known among the congregation as “the shul’s candy man,” who used to distribute candy on Shabbat to children.
He is survived by his wife Nava Tavdal for life and his sons Moshe and Yehuda. As well as his mother and sister.
His funeral will take place on Sunday, at 9:45 a.m., and is expected to pass in front of Beis Moshiach-770.
