On the final day of the Kinus HaShluchim (Sunday), the Shluchim took part in a series of workshops addressing key aspects of Shlichus life.

The main session was delivered by Shlomo Filber, one of Israel’s leading pollsters, under the title “Did the Message Get Through? Chabad and Moshiach Through the Lens of the Media.” Filber shared insights, data, and practical tips, presenting a special survey he conducted on Chabad Chassidus and the belief in The Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach. He also offered guidance on how Shluchim can better utilize media tools, information, and statistics to strengthen their activities.

Filber spoke emotionally about his experience spending Shabbos in 770 alongside thousands of Shluchim.

Another lecture was delivered by Rabbi Daniel Sheinno—Shliach in Fort Lauderdale, Florida—titled “A Time to Build: Do’s and Don’ts,” marking 40 years since the Rebbe’s call to build Chabad Houses.

A special workshop for tourist Shlichus, titled “Yitaksu Etzah: What to Do and How to Do It” was led by Rabbi Moshe Gutnick, Shliach to El Nido in the Philippines. The Shluchim sat together for a broad panel and brainstorming session, discussing current challenges in the work of Shlichus and managing a Chabad House.

Rabbi Shimon Goldstein, Shliach in Pushkar, India, delivered a fascinating lecture titled “Thirsty Jews—To See Our King!” discussing how to connect Yidden directly to the Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach through video, practical tools, and firsthand field experience.

Another insightful workshop was presented by Rabbi Elazar Peretz, director of Mateh Moshiach Netanya, focusing on government and municipal funding—city councils, community centers, religious councils—and the opportunities available to Shluchim for resource development and support.
