New Sefer Torah in honor of Michoel Raskin

Yesterday a Hachnosas Sefer Torah was held in memory of Hattomim Michael Raskin. The last letters were written in the family home, after which a they took it to its new home at the ‘Avrechim Center’ shul, followed by joyous hakofos.
