Israel: Posh Bar Mitzvah Themed on Boy’s Name

Hundreds of friends and family flocked to the lavish bar mitzvah of Tzvi Shmueli, the son of R’ Itzik Shmueli, a successful Lubavitcher real estate developer in Israel. The event was hosted in Rechovot’s Ulamei Gavriel. Shmueli entered real estate 12 years ago. In 2008, he founded Shmueli Properties and Investments Group, which builds apartment buildings and shopping malls around Israel. The event was deer themed, as Tzvi means deer in Hebrew.

The event was attended by rabbis, businessmen and public figures, including Rov of the Chabad Community in Rehovot, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Gluckowsky and his son, Rabbi Yechiel Gluckowsky, Rov of the town’s young Chabad community.

Also in attendance were Rechovot Mayor Rachamim Malul and Vice Mayor Zohar Bloom, as well as Shliach Rabbi Dovid Katz of England.
