Teichtel Family Inaugurates Sefer Torah

The Teichtel family of Crown Heights inaugurated a Sefer Torah last Wednesday in honor of Rabbi Chaim Menachem and Mrs. Chaya Feigel Teichtel, OBM. Following the writing of the last letter, the Torah was paraded down Kingston Avenue where it was brought to 770 Eastern Parkway for lively hakafos.
