RCV Rebbetzins recently attended a professional development seminar on ‘Networking and Building Sustainable Relationships’ hosted and sponsored by Monash University.

Kelly Mitchell, an Associate Director Client Relations from Directioneering, ran the interactive presentation, which explored areas including how to build sustainable relationships, how to manage stakeholders, tips for personal and professional networking and creating goals for the long-term.

Kelly is a career transition, coaching and organisational development professional with significant experience in assisting individuals and organisations through major change and transition.

Kelly noted that she enjoyed meeting the talented and dynamic Rebbetzins in attendance, and found the level of interaction and discussion highly engaging.

Associate Professor Amanda Pyman, Director Monash MBA Programs, noted that the session provided a fantastic book end to the Women in Leadership series, reiterating and extending many of the core ideas presented and identified in earlier sessions. The Monash MBA Programs look forward a final thematic debrief in November with the Rebbetzins to complete the Women in Leadership series.

Rabbi Mordechai Gutnick, President of the RCV said “The RCV remains committed to providing professional development to its members and is grateful to Monash University and the Office of Multicultural Affairs and Citizenship for providing such valuable training and looks forward to continuing this partnership in the future.”
