Rabbi Mendy Chitrik, Senior Shliach to the Islamic country of Turkey, as well as Director of the Alliance of Rabbis in Islamic States, presented a new Sefer Torah to Rabbi Yehuda Gerami, Chief Rabbi of Iran, for use in his community.
