Among those addressing the crowd are: Rabbi Chaim Sholom Dovber Lipskar, a member of Vaad L’Hafotzas Sichos and Otzar Hachassidim, Rabbi Menachem Mendel Yusewitz, The menahel of the Cheder Ohr Menachem in Crown Heights and Rabbi Menachem Mendel Hakohen Hendel, the Director of Eshel Hachnosas Orchim.
