Earlier this week, two Israeli officials; Yossi Bachar, Major general who commands the IDF’s General Staff Corps., and the National Police Commander, came for a special visit to 770.
They were accompanied by Rabbi Mendy Carlebach, Shliach at Rutgers university and Chaplain of the Port Authority Police Department of New York and New Jersey, and Rabbi Chanina Sperlin, Vice President for Director Intergovernmental Affairs for the Crown Heights Jewish Community Council.
After the visit in 770 they went to the Sperlin home, for an official welcome, with some other community members.
