    Last week Rabbi Edery organized Kosher Chicken Shechita in Hakata, Kyushu, Japan. This is the only kosher slaughtering in Japan. Locally made Kosher chicken enables Chabad Japan guests, local Jews and tourists to enjoy the most fresh and highest quality chicken all year round.
