Special Salute, New Torah For Israeli Mitzvah Tanks

Hundreds of attendees came to celebrate the inauguration of a new Sefer Torah for the Chabad Mitzvah Tank Organization in Israel. The organization is headed be dedicated shliach, Rabbi Dovid Nachshon, who welcomed many respected guests, among them rabbonim, Knesset members, and mayors.
