Last week on Sunday, the 3rd of Adar, there was a Hachnosas Sefer Torah celebration in Sunnyvale, California.
Rabbi Yisroel Hecht, the local Shliach, emceed the event, Rabbi Rachamim and Levi Ladaev of Crown Heights, came in to write the finishing letters.
After the Torah was completed, they marched with the Torah through the streets of the city, followed by Hakofos and the Seudas Mitzva.
