France: Dance, Song Welcomes New Torah

Lots of excitement came to Chabad of Neuilly, France, the eve of Gimmel Tammuz, as a new Torah was completed and welcomed at the Chabad House with lots of singing and dancing. This was followed by a beautiful festive meal for the joyous occasion • Photos
