Is it possible? Authentic, Kosher deli sandwiches made in Springfield? In fact, it is! Chabad of Springfield, IL, directed by Rabbi and Mrs. Mendy Turen, had a Kosher Deli Picnic in honor of Lag B’omer at the beautiful Lincoln Park!
It was very nice that over 60 people came to enjoy the great deli sandwiches. The Lag B’omer bonfire was very exciting, especially roasting marshmallows at the end of the event to make delicious s’mores.
