Yeshivas Lubavitch Cincinnati, directed by the Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Gershon Avtzon, arranged the annual Lag B’Omer celebration for the entire Southern Ohio.
The event began with the Upshernish of Hershel Lein Avtzon which was attended by a very large crowd from the local community.
The upshernish led into the rally, which had a special juggling show and story by the legendary Rabbi Shalom Baras.
Following the rally, was the Tahalucha with a special police escort. Tens of people marched proudly, through the streets, to the Yeshiva courtyard where there was a big BBQ and moon bounce for all to enjoy.
The bachurim had a special bonfire hosted by Rabbi Eliyahu Simpson followed by a Farbrengen.
The event, attended by many of the shluchim in the surrounding areas, gave everyone a chizuk to be mekabel pnei Moshiach tzidkeinu.
A special thanks goes to Rabbi Eliyahu Morrison and the Talmidei Hashluchim for all the work in preparing the events of the day.
