All divisions of Camp Chayolei Hamelech, GAN, SGP, EGP and YKP gathered together in the main Shul of camp to unite with Torah, Tefilla and Tzddaka.
The Kinus began with the recital of the twelve Pesukim, and then the request from Hashem to send the Geullah immediately with the Rebbe, Moshiach at our lead. It then continued with Tefillah, saying together a few Kapitalach of Tehillim for the Matzav in Eretz Yisroel, a subject that Rabbi Rapp dedicated his life too.
The Kinnus then moved on to Tzdakka where each camper gave a few coins to the pushka. Each camper then received a note where he can take upon himself a Mitzva which he will be extra careful in. The campers also took the time to write their personal condolences to Rabbi Rapp’s two sons working in camp.
And finally, ending off the Kinnus with true Simcha with the belief that very soon we will once again reunite with all the Neshomis that we’ve lost over the centuries, and most importantly with the Neshomo of Dovid Malka Meshicha.
