Kinus Banquet May Restrict Entry of Baale Batim

The Rebbe’s Shul, 770, has long been too small to accommodate all the Shluchim and their Baale Batim who come for the Kinus Hashluchim Banquet ● This year, the Va’ad Hakinus is contemplating restricting the entry and allowing only Shluchim to enter the Banquet ● Full Story

In two weeks the annual conference of Shluchim, Kinus Hashluchim 5775, will begin in Crown Heights, with thousands of Shluchim expected to arrive in Crown Heights to participate in the Kinus, and its highlight, the Rebbe’s Farbrengen on Shabbos in 770.

On Motzoei Shabbos, the Kinus Hashluchim Gala Banquet takes place in 770, with close to 1,000 Shluchim sitting down for a night of inspiration and celebration, honoring the Shluchim and the tremendous work they do on behalf of the Rebbe.

With the growth of the world of Shluchim, 770 has long been too small to accommodate the ever-growing army of Shluchim, who come with their Baale Batim to the Kinus Hashluchim Banquet.

In a conversation with ChabadInfo.com, members of the Va’ad Hakinus reported a larger than before registration, with close to 1,000 Shluchim already registered, and many more expected to register.

In order to allow for every Shliach to participate in the Kinus Hashluchim Gala Banquet, the Va’ad Hakinus is considering restricting the entry to the Banquet to allow only Shluchim to participate in this exclusive event.
