In honor of thirty years since 5749, the year declared by the Rebbe as “Shnas Habinyan” the Shluchim Thursday night enjoyed the main session, listening to fascinating stories and practical tips regarding building Chabad Houses. Rabbi Mordechai Kanelski of New Jersey, Rabbi Yosef Zaltzman of Toronto and Rabbi Yossi Levy of Philippines were among the Shluchim who spoke.
