We are busy preparing for the International Kinus Ha’Shluchim that is scheduled for two months from now, on Shabbos Mevorchim Kislev 5782. This year, again, we face challenges due to corona which is still affecting the world although, thank G-d, things have improved worldwide over the last year, especially in Crown Heights.

Despite that, changes are still taking place, sometimes swiftly, leaving us with uncertainty as to what the situation will be at the time of the Kinus. Among other things, there might be restrictions in certain countries regarding flights or entry to the United States, the requirement to quarantine upon return, etc.

Therefore, after much discussion, it was decided that the Kinus this year will be held in the same format as last year, that is:

    1) All the shluchim who can come, while following the guidelines of doctors and health authorities, are invited to come and personally participate as every year, in the dalet amos of the meshaleiach, the Rebbe Melech Ha’Moshiach.
    2) For those who cannot attend in person, all programming will be broadcast live on Zoom.
    3) In order to enable as many shluchim as possible to join the live broadcast, the central banquet will take place again Sunday morning, New York time featuring an integrated program combining the live event in 770 and live broadcast via Zoom.
