    Shliach to Turkey, Rabbi Mendy Chitrik met today with Zabulon Simantov, famous for being ‘Afghanistan’s last Jew’, who famously escaped the clutches of the evil Taliban, while on a stopover in Istanbul. Simantov first escaped to the U.S., while ultimately wanting to move to Eretz Yisroel. He is slated to arrive in Ben Gurion Airport in the coming days.
