On a visit to Eretz Yisroel, Lubavitch photographer Mordechai Lubecki joined a group visit to the Biblical Zoo Yerushalayim, capturing many of the animals and birds mentioned in the Torah.

Founded in the 1940’s as an attempt to house all the animals mentioned in the Torah, the zoo today also features species from every continent.
