Crown Heights Celebrates New Torah with the Tzfasman Family

Yesterday, hundreds of Crown Heights residents gathered on the streets of the Shchuna and celebrated a Siyum Sefer Torah L’iluy Nishmas Hatomim Noti Tzfasman, OB”M.
