A 13-year-old boy was robbed of his electric scooter at knifepoint by three black teenagers near Empire Blvd and Troy Ave today, at approximately 4pm.
According to the victim, the teenagers approached him and demanded that he hand over the scooter, with one of them brandishing a knife.
Shmira and police were immediately called and arrived on the scene quickly but were unable to locate the perpetrators.
