On Tuesday evening, exactly two weeks before 11 Nissan, the Rebbe’s 120th birthday, around 500 temimim from the central yeshiva in 770, as well as other yeshivos in the neighborhood, gathered for a unique seder sichos in preparation for the auspicious day. Bochurim learned a sicha about the essence of 11 Nissan, coupled together with tasty refreshments. The large shul of 770 Eastern Parkway was filled from wall to will with the iconic blue sweatshirts of the yearly Chidon Sefer Hamiztvos, as the boys program kicked off the second day of the program. A large gathering of temimim involved in the planning of this year’s mitzvah tank parade in honor of the auspicious day of 11 Nissan. In honor of the Rebbe’s 120th birthday, the Tank Office is preparing for the biggest tank parade in history, with 120 (!) tanks in participation.
