On Rosh Chodesh Adar 1931, The Frierdiker Rebbe came to the town of Rakshik, where he stayed at the home of the R’ Pesach Roch, who, in preparation for the Rebbe’s imminent arrival, connected the electricity of his house to the grid and built a special room for the Rebbe to stay in.
