The students of Or Avner school in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, welcomed a special guest into their halls. The guest was Mr. Yoel Razvozov, Israel’s Tourism Minister. Razvozov, himself originally from the former Soviet Union, has visited many Chabad mosdos while on his many diplomatic travels since taking his position about 10 months ago.
