We regret to inform you of the passing of Rabbi Yosef Yitzchok Wilmovsky, member of Crown Heights chevra kadisha, as well as manager of the kitchen of the Central Yeshivas Tomchei Temimim – 770 for over 40 years.
He passed on Shabbos Parshas Nitzavim 5781, just two days before his 62nd birthday.
Born on 29 Elul 5719 to Rabbi Zushe “the partisan” and Mrs. Faiga Wilmovsky. As a child he was taught by R’ Refoel Kahan.
In 5742 he was appointed by the Rashag to run the kitchen of the yeshiva, a position he held until his passing.
As a member of the chevra kadisha of Crown Heights, he was involved in the burial of Rebbetzin Chaya Mushka.
He gave a daily shiur in the Rebbe Rashab’s Hemshech Ayin Beis in Getzel’s Shul at 1414 President St.
