The administration of United Lubavitch Yeshiva has all but finalized an agreement with Iggud Talmidei Hakvutza to sell the iconic dormitory on 749 Eastern Parkway. The Iggud was founded in recent years by local businessmen who aimed to improve the conditions for bochurim spending a year learning by the Rebbe MH”M for kvutzah.
