    With great sadness we inform you of the untimely passing of Rabbi Menachem Aharon HaKohen Rodal, OB”M. He was a Shliach for many years, in Pittsburgh and then in Los Angeles. Rabbi Rodal passed away on Monday, 28 Nissan. He was 68-years-old.

    Rabbi Rodal was loved by everyone, young and old, he shared his humor and kindness with anyone he came in contact with.

    He was very passionate about education, Torah and science, hands-on projects was something he did often.

    He is survived by his wife Mrs. Shterna Rivkah (nee Baumgarten) Rodal, their children Rabbi Mordechai Rodal – Johannesburg, South Africa; Rabbi Sholom Ber Rodal – Los Angeles, CA; Menucha Rochel Loewenthal – Denmark; Rabbi Yechezkel Rodal – Inverrary, FL; Mirel Levitansky – Simcha Monica ,CA; Devorah Leah Heidingsfeld – Moorpark, CA; Chana Raizel Sossonko – Miami Beach, FL; Rabbi Meir Yitzchok Rodal – Crown Heights; Rabbi Yossi Rodal – Melbourne, Australia; Chaya Mushka Chazan – Crown Heights; Bracha Esther Rodal – Crown Heights.

    He is also survived by his siblings Mr. Berel Rodal – Ottawa, Canada; Rabbi Shmuel Rodal – Milan, Italy; and Mrs. Chana Raizel Kagan – N. Miami Beach, FL.

    The Levaya will take place today, Monday, in Los Angeles, passing by Cheder Menachem at around 3:30.

    Tuesday, passing by 770 at around 12:15 pm.

    The family will be sitting Shiva in New York on Tuesday and Wednesday morning at 1640 Carroll, Brooklyn, NY.
