With great sadness we inform you of the passing of R’ Nachman Yaakov Ziskind, OB”M, of Crown Heights. He passed away Monday, the 26th of Tammuz. He was 54 years old, and a father of young children.
He is survived by his wife Shoshana (nee Berman); and daughter Rochel, who is 13 years old, and 10 year-old triplets Devorah Leah, Menachem Mendel and Aaron Mordechai.
He is also survived by his brother David, his sister Rivka Goldstein of Beachwood, OH.
The Levaya will take place Tuesday, passing by 770 at 2:00 pm for burial in the old Montefiore cemetery.
