With great sadness we inform you of the passing of Mrs. Zissel Sandhaus, OB”M, of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She passed away earlier today, Thursday, 8 Tammuz 5776. She was 91 years old.
Her passing tragically happened just a few days after the untimely passing of her son, R’ Yosef Yehoshua Sandhaus, OB”M.
She is survived by her husband R’ Hershel Sandhaus – Buenos Aires, Argentina; and her children Mrs. Tzippy Levertov – Pheonix, AZ; R’ Sruly Sandhaus – Crown Heights; Mrs. Deby Rosenfeld – Zurich, Switzerland.
She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren ke”h.
The levaya of R’ Yosef Yehoshua Sandhaus, OB”M, will take place in New York on Thursday. Leaving Shomrei Hadas at 2:45 pm and passing by 770 at 4:00 pm.
The levaya of Mrs. Zissel Sandhaus, OB”M, will take place on Friday, passing by 770 at 10:00 in the morning. Both will be buried at the Old Montefiore Cemetery in Cambria Heights, Queens.
