With great sadness we regret to inform you of the passing of Mrs. Tzivia Rochel, OB”M, of Bnei Brak, Eretz Yisroel. She passed away on Friday, Gimmel Adar, following a short illness.
She was 92-years-old.
Tzivia Rochel was the daughter of Harav Aron Yosef Luria, OB”M of Teveria, the author of the Sefer “Avodas Ponim”.
She is survived by her children R’ Chaim Boruch Halberstam and R’ Chessed Halberstam both of Crown Heights. She is also survived by Harav Shmuel Halberstam – Bnei Brak; Mrs. Ruchamah Stern – Bnei Brak; Mrs. Dina Fried – Yerushalayim; Mrs. Malka Hagar – Beit Shemesh; and Chana Rivkah.
R’ Chaim Boruch Halberstam will be sitting Shiva in Bnei Brak, Eretz Yisroel at 10 Harav Tzirelson from Sunday evening until Wednesday evening.
