Ta’anis Esther in Seven Seventy

Hundreds of Bochurim and Anash were in 770 Ta’anis Esther, before Mincha everyone did ‘Machatzis Hashekel’ with coins that the Rebbe used, followed by Mincha with Krias HaTorah and reading the Haftorah.
