Everyone is familiar with the famous style of the 770 benches, also used for the tables, where you can place your siddur. Yesterday, some of these were changed for a new style.
In the area under the women’s section, generally where the smaller Minyonim take place, there are four sections, that way there can be four Minyonim taking place simultaneously.
One of the four sections had their benches changed to the new ones, the congregants are still trying to figure out which ones they would prefer.
The new ones are designed with four separate seats per bench, and no back to put anything on.
