    Toronto: Board Rules in Favor of Mikvah

    Just before Shabbos, the Shluchim in Toronto Rabbi and Mrs. Levi Rabiski, received the good news that the Ontario Municipal Board ruled in favor of the Chabad House and they will be able to build the Mikvah in their courtyard. This came after much opposition from the gentile neighbors, and comes with great joy to the Jewish community • More Photos
