Today: Rally to Protest Recent Arab Terror

A rally to protest the spate of recent terror attacks against our Jewish brethren in Israel is planned for Wednesday, October 7, at 4:30 PM in front of the Israeli consulate in Midtown Manhattan • Full Article

A rally to protest the spate of recent terror attacks against our Jewish brethren in Israel is planned for Wednesday, October 7, at 4:30 PM in front of the Israeli consulate in Midtown Manhattan.

In separate attacks in the past week alone, a mother and father were cruelly butchered in front of their children, a five year old child was murdered, and 4-month old was shot, amongst other gruesome attacks. The recent spate of violent terror attacks by Arabs against Jews, despite much verbal posturing and promises, has been largely ignored by the coalition government led by PM Benyamin Netanyahu.

The Rally will protest the governments failed policies of dismantling check points and pulling back security forces from key areas—all of which allowed the recent attacks to occur, and will send a clear and unequivocal message to the Israeli government that they must take all precautionary measures to prevent exposing innocent Jews to further attacks.

Additionally, the rally is an opportunity to show solidarity and support for our brothers and sisters in Israel.

The rally is in memory of R’ Yekusial Menachem Rapp OB”M, whose son, Yossi Rapp, encourages all to attend. “My father dedicated his life to our brothers and sisters in Eretz Yisrael; let us continue his legacy by joining together to denounce terror and increase in Mitzvos, Torah, Tefilla, and Tzedakah in merit of those who were injured and killed”, says Yossi.

Come join us tomorrow, Wednesday, at 4:30 PM outside the Israeli consulate, 800 2nd Ave in Manhattan. For more info about the rally, please email us at [email protected] or go to www.chabad4israel.org
