Sunday after Mincha, the annual Kinus Hatmimim took place in Chovevai Torah. The Kinus was in memory of Rabbi Yekusiel Menachem Rapp, OB”M, who was of the Kinus’s founders, and merited to receive much encouragement from the Rebbe for this Kinus • Photos
