In response to your letter: the situation is not more serious than it was a few month or years ago! As to whether to move from the place in relation to the fear (of the place) which has no foundation “we do not know what is where and which place is more secure.” In general “the guardian of Israel neither sleeps nor slumbers” and watches Jews with a vigilant Eye! He should therefore not frighten himself and not others. Rather he should engage himself in his job -inner and soul wise- to be a lamplighter as mentioned before various occasions in writing and orally.
