Our staff. Or Menachem has an extremely high staff-to-student ratio. Approximately one staff to every two students.
Our staff are in tune with our student’s needs. They facilitate our student’s on their path to success. They create a growth oriented environment. They care about every student and create a warm and open atmosphere. Our staff follow the Rebbe’s directives on chinuch.
Our students. Coming from various backgrounds and a wealth of experiences, each one brings something unique to Or Menachem. Our students are constantly taking on new challenges in their avoda. Our students create an open environment for their peers and create strong bonds with each other.
At Or Menachem, we offer a variety of programs. Students complement their studies with woodworking, construction, safrus or shchita. Weekly fabrengens are held with guest mashpiim who inspire. Mivtzoim and weekly trips add spice to the routine.
