Be’er Sheva: Rabbi Abuchatzeira and Chief Rabbi of Saudia Arabia Join 24 Teves Farbrengen
On Tuesday Chof Daled Teves, an event and Farbrengen took place in the city of Be’er Sheva, in honor of the yom hilula of the Alter Rebbe, in the magnificent ‘Shabazi’ halls, Rabbi Pinchas Abuchatzeira and Saudia Arabia Chief Rabbi Yaakov Herzog, were among many Community leaders and Rabbonim who attended the event.
Rabbi Pinchas Abuchatzeira joined the farbrengen and spoke of and praised Chabad’s work in the world, and especially in the city of Be’er Sheva, which has the honor of having a Chabad Yeshiva, which is the city’s beacon in spreading the Torah.
The evening was moderated by Rabbi Shmuel Hendel, the chairman of Matah Moshiach in Israel, who spoke about the virtue of the special day.
The guest of speaker was the well-known Rabbi Chaim Sasson who enthralled the audience with his special style.
Also present and spoke at the event: MK Shalom Danino, Deputy Mayor Shimon Tovol, Deputy Mayor Gadi Mazoz, Rabbi Meir Soysa, Regional Rabbi of the Ramat Negev and Rabbi of Neighborhood 1. Rabbi Yaakov Herzog, Chief Rabbi of Saudi Arabia, Rabbi Avraham Triki Rabbi of Neighborhood 4, Rabbi Yisrael Hadad of the Beer Sheva Rabbinate and other rabbis and dignitaries of the city.
