Chalukas Hashas for 19 Kislev
On Yud Tes Kislev there is the custom to participate in the splitting of the entire Shas. The Rebbe’s secretary, Rabbi Shalom Mendel Simpson, was appointed with this responsibility by the Rebbe. If your community does not have their own Chalukas Hashas, you can participate online, by emailing [email protected].
