Last night, a letter was sent out to all the Shluchim regarding the Kinus Hashluchim of 5781. All parts of the Kinus will be streamed live for all those that cannot come this year and the banquet will take place on Sunday at 12:00 PM to accommodate all time zones.

Dear Shliach of the Rebbe MH”M:
We open with Bracha for your good health and much Hatzlacha in your Shlichus.
As you are aware, the Kinus Hashluchim 5781 is in four weeks, and we have received many requests for info in regard to this year’s Kinus.
In response, the Vaad HaKinus is happy to report that the Kinus Hashluchim will take place, according to the directives of the Rebbe MH”M. The theme of the Kinus Hashluchim will be in enriching our Avodas Hashlichus to the ultimate level of Kabolas Pnei Moshiach Tzidkeinu.
Presently, the local governmental health guidelines require that certain precautions take place at every communal gathering. Accordingly, we have instituted the following conditions to conform to the advisories.
1) The entire Kinus Hashluchim Program will take place in Crown Heights, N.Y. It will be transmitted live on a designated site where all Shluchim worldwide can participate in the varied workshops. Similarly all Shiurim and Farbrengens will be broadcast live from Beis Chayeinu – 770.
2) The Grand Kinus Hashluchim Banquet will take place on Sunday, 28 Cheshvan, (November 15) in the Rebbe’s Shul – 770. It will begin at 12:00 PM (EST – New York time), to enable all Shluchim worldwide to participate via computer, etc. This will allow for families, friends, and Mekuravim of the Shluchim to participate as well. A multi-faceted and exciting program is currently underway with speakers from around the entire globe.
3) As per the guidelines of the Badatz of Crown Heights, any Shliach wishing to personally attend the Kinus Hashluchim, must follow guidelines from the medical doctors of Crown Heights, N.Y.
